From this Friday's deadlift session 6-7-2019 top/heaviest set with 355 lbs
This was suppose to be 325 lbs for 2 reps but I manage to get 4 reps. The is trying to save yourself for the next set to catch your number but at the same time trying to gauge your strength for the next session.
6-7-2019 this was my last working set with 315lb for 8 reps
This would be my last true working set as I would be on the shelve for a week due to a back injury I suffer the following Wednesday at work. When I return for the final week 13 on July 27 the session was a total washout as my back went out again.
This was 375 for 4 reps. Two more than what was called for. This was by far my best deadlift ever. I got the weight up very easy and was will on my way to 405 in Week 13. Unfortunately week 13 did not go as planned.
